I visited around 8:30 PM this evening and found myself as the only customer in line, with at least four employees behind the counter. Unfortunately, I waited over five minutes before anyone came to take my order. I was ready to leave when someone finally attended to me. While I was waiting, I noticed a girl in the back microwaving burgers for customers—I'm unsure how long those patties had been sitting around to need reheating.

This is my favorite spot! I used a coupon and really enjoyed my meal there. I'm happy to see it has returned to its pre-pandemic operations, with counter barriers removed and the non-gender restroom available, which is a great touch. There are convenient stations for condiments, napkins, and utensils, along with an ATM and recycling bins. The staff is efficient, attentive, and polite, and my order was beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant, the patrons are well-mannered, making it a fantastic place for a quick bite or to grab something on the go. I will definitely be back!
I had a wonderful experience at the Burger King on Metropolitan Ave. in Queens, NY. The ordering process was easy, and the staff was efficient and friendly. The restaurant was clean, and the music had a nostalgic feel that reminded me of 1950s burger places. I had a shake and a fish sandwich with perfectly cooked onion rings. I will definitely return! I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King. There was no one in the drive-thru, yet I waited over 25 minutes just for 2 double whoppers and a medium fries. I noticed 5 employees chatting and walking around, which didn’t seem to help service. Unfortunately, the burgers and fries were cold when I finally received them. I will not be returning to this Burger King again.

Went through the drive-thru ask for a Whopper meal small and get a Whopper meal large wasn't the first time it happened it happened several times less than 10 minutes of purchasing the meal I open my Whopper and it wasn't pleasant to eat everythingwas just too saggy the latest was transparent. I end up throwing away the sandwich...????
The food was standard Burger King, but I don't think I've ever spent that long in a drive thru line for so few cars. I think I was the fifth car in the line, and I spent 10-15 minutes before I left. Maybe my expectations are unreasonable, but I use drivethru more than I should, and it felt interminable.
There was no chicken ready for the chicken sandwiches so they were trying to start frying some while they had many people waiting. They weren't organized. Everyone was scrambling around. Very slow service. It happens often.
The service here is consistently outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they provide samples of their new menu items while genuinely inviting feedback.
