I came to this location August 20th around 6:30 pm. Pulled through the drive through and ordered an impossible whopper. The gentleman working the drive through was polite and professional. I rolled up to the window and paid, about 2 minutes later I hadmy impossible whopper. I arrived at my hotel room, removed the whopper from the bag and noticed that it was wrapped neatly. Notjust kinda neat I mean perfect OCD level. I unwrapped the burger and to my surprise it was the perfect whopper. I mean not asingle piece of lettuce out of place. The most carefully put together burger I have ever seen. Just like in the commercials, Itwas beautiful. I would have felt bad for eating it except it was delic...
I went to the drive thru. I was the only one in line. I asked for two regular hamburgers. The lady on the speaker asked if I wanted to try something ? on special. I politely said no I just wanted two regular hamburgers. She then asked if I wantedfries and a drink. I again politely said no; I just wanted two regular hamburgers. She continued trying to have me orderadditional items. In disgust, I drove away.
I am extremely pleased! They seemed to be understaffed but were still working very diligently. Some of the kindest people I have ever met within the fast food industry. They got my order correct on the first attempt and put up with my awkward stuttering allthroughout my order. They were extremely patient and thorough.
I almost feel compelled to leave a review after today. I go here 3-5 times a week and they've always served my lunch without ever making a mistake. I always order a whopper with no mayo or onions and these dudes are always on point. Also the elderly employee at the register is a really kind guy with good vibes. ?

The burger wasn't even warm. Soda was completely flat and mixed with something else. He didn't tell me there was a problem with the soda machine until I returned for a replacement. Gave partial refund of soda. Bad food, soda, and customer service.
Drove 20 minutes out of my way to get a whopper due to the hours posted online, only to be told that they were closed. The employee was extremely rude and unapologetic as well. I do not recommend if you're at all concerned with customer service.
