I need to write a review for this place. We just stopped for dinner as we went through AL and I have to say that customer service was the best thing I ever had in every fast food restaurant! My friend forgot his phone, and the employees were kind and honest enough to keep it until we pick it up. Bonus: You have our order right. And when we sat back and forth, one of the female employees moved to customer tables and asked if we needed something. Unbelievable! Good job BK!
I got the three for $3 deal and when I stepped out of the door, the floor fell out of my bag. I went back and told them and they replaced everything in the bag, even though I told him that the burger was still in the envelope and would be good. My dog enjoyed the extra (free) Burger
