Food: Alright, I'm gonna get straightforward into it, boneless wings, chicken fingers, crinkle fries with seasoning and alfunnel cake (best item on the menu) with caramel sauce, ranch and Zax's sauce. My favorite is the Black and Bleu salad, except with colby jack cheese instead of the bleu cheese. Tomatoes and fried onions optional. Their spicy chicken sandwich is alright, but I feel like it would be better with a slice of cheese. Maybe I'll see if they can do that next time. The one I got also was a bit sparse on the sauce, probably should ask for some extra sauce on the side. Also the sandwich seems to come with fries and a drink unless you specifically ask for each of those things to be removed.
None of the food was hot sandwich was thrown together and everything taste old like it sat there for hours and man at the window moved slower than a turtle never asked if we needed any thing or said anything other than sauce comes in the bag when we asked for zax sauce and news flash there was none in the bag. Worst Zaxby’s ever! don’t waste ur time or money here especially for a lunch break go to chick fil a where the food is hot and service is great
The food was delicious. However, there could be some improvement in customer service. After waiting a while in the drive-thru, it would be a nice touch if staff acknowledged customers when they reach the window, especially if it isn't busy, perhaps by saying "Thank you for your patience." The food is consistently great!

Went through the drive through, asked for boneless teriyaki wings, they gave me a completely different flavor. Tried the second time and they gave me traditional teriyaki wings. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1
The food is excellent, and the service is friendly. However, the dinner rush can feel overwhelming, much like a lengthy wait at drive-thrus, which seems to be a common issue everywhere. I absolutely love the Caesar salad!

The chicken finger family package is a lot for a busy family! Helena Zaxby's is the best around, we have actually left the Hoover drive an evening because the line does not move.

I really enjoyed the chicken fingers and fried mushrooms. My friends, however, weren't as impressed. The staff is always friendly and pleasant while driving!
