Burger King should close this outlet. They always mishandle the directives. They attempt to rationalize not giving you the food you paid for by saying you have to drive back, but not everyone lives in Maryland. If any of these associates mess up an order, they are not accountable. The manager is terrible at answering phones and serving customers. This area is constantly filthy and slum. You will be defrauded by these drive-through service providers, so beware of them. Who knows at this point? It seems deliberate, even though the fast food establishment does not intend to be that careless.
They did my order so good. This girl name Marianna, I think that was her name , don?t remember that much but she did my order how I wanted and she talk to me so nice and gentle . She told me how my day went and made me laugh too . They should hire peoplelike this more. I also went Burger King on Monday and there was a other girl name Adrianna I think that her name not sure andshe did my order good and quickly . ???? employees like this should be hire. That why I like going daytime then afternoon.Afternoon employee are not good .
Came to this location at 11:26. I asked for a number one. I asked for no salt on my fries as was told no special orders. I asked if they are making the fries can they just not put the salt on mines. She told me that my fries will have salt because that is aspecial order. So after waiting in the drive long drive thru. I just gracefully drive off. I don?t asking for no salt was a bigissue unless the are giving out old food! They need to change there slogan because that was not having it my way!
The cashier at the first window asked me several times if I had a boyfriend. I pretended I didn't hear him but I was uncomfortable. If you lack the common sense to not behave that way in the first place, then you probably lack the common sense to not repeat that behavior. Someone just tell him to stop.

1. Food is always great. No problems 2. Customer service is great 98% of the time 3. They get you in and out very quickly 4. Coupon deals are the best. You get more for the buck
I come in for the frozen drinks and half the time not available in flavor I want. Onion rings hit or miss, sometimes fresh and hot other times old and cold.
For a burger King they are good. I'm glad tge Gen mng cares. She even has her number on the window of service. Truly the best burger king in the DMV
Consistently very slow drive through. A 15 minute commitment if you decide to order food here

There was a long slow moving line in drive thru, but the sandwich I got was good.
