Today I went through the Jonesborough Burger King, and its drive thru is always a little slow. Which I usually have patients for because alot of times they don’t have alot of workers. However I waited almost 10 minutes watching 5 workers stand and talk. Usually they are waiting to hand your drinks, they didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. I drove up and got out of my car to get my food. When I walked in the people acted like they didn’t do anting wrong. I would have had more sympathy if I hadn’t seen 5 people standing around talking, and they couldn’t say they were waiting on food because and inside customers because it wasn’t busy.
I don’t plan on going back to this Burger King in Jonesborough. The woman who seemed to be the manager was at the cash register, and she wouldn’t allow me to place two separate orders in the drive-thru with the person I was with. She claimed, and I quote, “It won’t let me do two separate orders.” This is misleading since I’ve been to other Burger Kings that had no issues with processing two orders. Her attitude also came off as rude. I don't see how it’s any different from the person behind me placing their order. Just take one order, total it up, and then take another one.
I would just like everyone to know how a person can go above and beyond after my door dash was delivered and I realized my child's burger was not in the bag. Door Dash was no help at all. I called the Burger and spoke with a manager(didn't get her name tonight) and she went above and beyond for my child. Not only did she use her personal Door Dash to get my child's food delivered, but she sent out the burger and gave us another drink and fries. I just want to say thank you for doing everything you did tonight to make the order right and complete!
I had a delightful meal at Burger King today in Jonesboro, Tennessee. The staff was friendly, and our cashier provided excellent service, taking the time to explain the differences between real meat and plant-based options on the menu. The onion rings were exceptionally fresh and flavorful, even with the dipping sauce—though nothing can quite replace ketchup! The hamburger was served hot, and the ice cream was a great way to finish off the meal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I ordered a junior hopper meal and a medium shake. I finished it all after leaving the courthouse, shortly after my engagement was sentenced to 9 years in TDOC custody by Lisa Rice. I miss my baby, who isn’t with me right now.
Been several times and on several different occasions they forgot food didn't cook my food the way that I asked it for charge me more for extra items that I should've got with the meal just all right on bad experience numerous
The chic*ing is definitely the best sandwich on the menu. When I order it as a meal, it's more than enough to fill me up. The staff was quick and efficient; even during lunchtime, the wait at the drive-thru was minimal.
Much better food than McDonald's. But the workers are very atmospheric. But they have the second best chicken sandwich you can buy

You can’t beat a good ole whopper but the bacon king is a lot of burger and worth every bite!
