At first seemed like a normal drive thru experience. Simple enough of an order. #6 medium no Mayo no cheese just ice. I get my food and something told me to check. I 'm glad I did. The whopper Jr they made for me had traces of Mayo on it. It was on some of the lettuce. I tell the guy at the window and he yells at me that there is no Mayo. Where is the mayo? Do you want Mayo? You said no Mayo. I 'm allergic to eggs, so for those who do not know, Mayo is majority eggs and oil with a bit of seasoning. I get frustrated and tell him I cannot have Mayo, ANY Mayo. At no point was I rude or raising my voice at him. He tells me to pull forward while they make another. I check the new one. Looks good....
The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. The manager, Laura, was quite rude and had a bad attitude. They didn’t even provide a cup holder for a single drink, which is unbelievable. Burger King should really reconsider their name; it shouldn't be "King" since the service was so lacking. It would be more fitting to call it "Burger Rude Dude."
Really good, I love Burger King because their Burger are so big, better than McDonald's the are so small and cost too much, that's why I prefer Burger King and the people are very friendly and always have a big smile, I recommend food is always fresh and hot I love their food
A straightforward order, and they couldn't even get it right. I asked for two burgers, a Coke, and chicken sandwiches with cheese and ketchup. Instead, I received two burgers, a Diet Coke, and one chicken sandwich. They really need to train their employees better.

5 pm, 83 degrees out the AC was broken. Was actually cooler outside, But they have no outside seating. SMH... Sunrise hwy. Amityville, N.Y. They had all day to fix it
They closed much earlier than they should have. They stopped serving and locked their doors 30 minutes before their official closing time.
Service is fast here but attention needs to be paid to the tables which are not always clean if you are planning to dine in.
The restaurant is excellent! Get to buy food out from there as always, my favorite restaurant (place) of all time.
