5 stars not for the food. is for the employees that work so hard here and they keep it up. So since there are no many options around in this area to eat, like after 9pm, I entered here and hoping to get something fast to eat, but not I waited a long timeto get someone to take my order and another long wait for only 2 sandwiches. I don?t blame the workers, it was only 2 people fortaking orders and cook the food. I work in the food industry too, I was surprised how they got slammed with all the order in alittle short time, I respect those two employees, overall the food was ok I think they need another person here.
Extremly dirty location! As soon as you enter this location there’s a large high table next to the window on the right. The light over this table was so dusty and covered with spider web that I can’t believe that someone overlooked that spot while cleaning. Looks like it has not been cleaned sonce this place opened many years ago. Literally you eat that dust while you dine there. That’s nasty! Stay away from this filthy location.
Asked for mayonnaise and this guy in the counter told the guy serving me that they don?t give out mayonnaise. I told him I would pay for it but he didn?t answer me. I reiterated that I will pay for the mayonnaise but still no response from them. They areeven hesitant to give me ketchup. So rude and unfriendly. Thank God I don?t live in this neighborhood and don?t have to dealwith them again.
The place is clean, and there is no homelessness. very well taken care of. The only thing is the service, but it is expected since I see a lot of young faces that really are there for the paycheck. Sometimes, they are me feel like I am bothering them when I ask for a ketchup or when they get my order wrong. Everything else is goodParking: Small parking area, but u can always find something

We ordered 5 junior chicken burgers, but when we got home and opened the package, we found beef burgers inside. We do not eat beef due to personal beliefs, cultural reasons, and allergies. Unfortunately, when we tried to contact the restaurant about the mix-up, they did not respond.
The restaurant is dirty, the crew need a training on taking order and talking to the customer politely.. So disappointed to the crew specially the cashier. Un pleasant manner.
Inattentive cashier. Staffs are lazy, I understand they probably have worked long hours but the least they could do is take my order correctly. Unhelpful staff.
The prices were too high, and the girl at the counter was rude and unprofessional. She didn't speak English clearly, which made it difficult to understand her.

I ordered from Uber Eats. The fiery buffalo nuggets were tasty, but they forgot to include the ranch sauce.
The girl at the counter didn't even greet me; she just stood there with a blank expression!
