The service at this restaurant was impeccable, with attentive staff making sure that all our needs were met throughout our dining experience. The BK Lounge is a magical place! The food here is incredible and we love the offers. Very nice interior, although a little outdated it is really fun. The staff is friendly and the food is always hot. Try the Maza Rella Sticks, Chicken Nuggets, a dollar Bacon Cheeseburger and Jalapeño Poppers. All are very good!
I didn't like the Service very much. The man called Carlos Velasquez gives terrible service, he is bothered by all types of food places. Leto He doesn't give the example of serving the customer well. Great service. Clean and spacious. Delicious burgers and pommes. New machine for drinks. The only inconvenience is locked rest room, you need to ask for the key. Very bright, children love to sit in the car table. There is no playground in this restaurant.
I ordered the original chicken sandwich and a large fries. The sandwich was much smaller than what was advertised, only about half the size. The fries also did not appear to be large, more like a value size. I feel like this place is a complete ripoff.
