The breakfast sandwich, pancakes, and hash browns were not fresh; they were cold and seemed like they had been sitting around before being delivered. I've noticed that DoorDash doesn't show reviews that mention the risks associated with consuming food that isn't prepared properly or delivered fresh. Most of my orders are for my three young children, and I would hate for them to get sick due to someone's negligence in preparing fresh food for delivery.
I ordered three French fries, but there were none in my bag. The chicken fries were old and dry, and the two sauces I ordered were missing as well. I'm extremely disappointed with the poor customer service, especially since this meal was for my children and I spent $45. Additionally, some of the extra condiments I ordered for the sandwiches weren't included. Overall, this was a complete disaster.
I can't complain. The deals are great meals of family friendly and the customer service at this one location is excellent at any time of day. I go there at least twice a month for my cheat days for my diet.

Horrible tacos stale funky taste. Grilled chicken the size of a sparrow. Coleslaw good. There must be a new cook. Yuk yuk yuk bring back previous cook. At bladensburg location with a raise.
The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff provides excellent service. I really appreciate the neat atmosphere and the overall vibe. I will definitely visit again.
