I cannot recommend this location. If you are indifferent to customer service, then this one-star rating and this branch might suit you. The customer service was extremely poor. I ordered subs through the app and they left out one of my chosen add-ons, opting instead to give me something completely different. When I inquired about why they couldn't stick to my original order or at least contact me for clarification, the employee became defensive and questioned if I realized that my preferred sandwich was expensive. I want to share my experience in this place, I spent Friday night buying two subways but the manager who was on the line super bad customer service, he was talking on his headphones and when I was asking him for the ingredients of my order he just put to laugh and wonder again what I wanted in my sandwich, but the laugh was with the person who was talking on the phone. And the same thing happened with another client who was behind me. Bad experience I do not recommend coming at night......

I bought a steak and cheese 12 inch sub and they missed the meat, they did not want to take responsibility because I did not notice the lack of meat before leaving the local. And when you buy online they put less quantity of ingredients in the sandwich, you have to order when you are in the local to have your sandwich well prepared. I have noticed that difference when I buy online and when I buy in the local.

Let me in and did NOT make me a sandwich. They said the store is closed. I would NOT have said anything BUT they were making sandwiches for 2 other people as I was walking in. Common courtesy, if you have your sign ON and you do not have your door locked AND you are making others sandwiches you should have made me a sandwich as good customer service ...NEVER coming to this Subway again....Bye Felicia...

I will not be returning to this restaurant. During my visit today, there was a young employee who struggled to understand English. He seemed more interested in what he was microwaving for himself than in listening to my questions. This lack of attention reflects very poor service and needs to be addressed.

Great customer service there was a young kid running the store he was so nice and polite the best subway in the area will be back for sure
