I was in the middle of the day on a Thursday when the journey through the line was several cars long and the line of people in the lobby. They were fully occupied and worked very hard to fill orders. The woman in the register was very friendly and my food was made in a reasonable time considering the number of people there. For quality for the burgers was also great. I have the Rodeo-Burger, Speck-Käse-Burger and Whopper Junior. They did not sneak on ingredients and the food was made with care. Much better than I usually than McDonald's!
If I could give less than a star I would. Worst drive thru experience. Every. Time. I. Come. When I point it out, and that the woman on the mic is rude she told me to “not come back.” Then swore at me. When I defended myself the little boy at the window decided to tell me I shouldn’t talk to that disrespectful woman that way. I won’t be back. Don’t worry about that. Unbelievable.
Had bad luck at st Louis park location,so tried this one. Everything tastes like it had been sitting out for a very very long time. Cheese sticks were rock hard and crusty on the inside, fries were hard and the burger, well the burger wasn't too bad actually, but definitely was dry from sitting out. The lady at the window was friendly and the service was prompt.
This location is a disgrace to bk, all fast food in general, and america as a whole. Less reliable than joe biden. Closed at random times in middle of day with a frenzy of action and angry customers at the stealthily closed drive thru. Tear the sign down and put up a giant closed sign for all to see. I like BK, but my last visit was met with staff who legitimately looked like they dispised being there and the customers. I always take this in stride, but it's a little disheartening. I'm sure it's not the customers, perhaps management or pay. I'm not sure, but the food was still good. I don't think that's enough, though.
On the few occasions I stopped at this point, the restaurant was clean and the staff served us immediately. The food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh. Compared to McDonald’s, Burger King Essen usually has higher protein content, lower fat and less artificial ingredients.
Would be nice if they had proper hours. I understand staffing is tough but there has to be something they can do about hours in app/on google. Come here multiple times while it’s said the store js open but they aren’t.
Food was cold. The vibe was so bad I didn’t even go get my money back. Went to Taco Bell next door, the food was hot and the staff was delightful . Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Clean BK I have ever visited! Friendly and fast I would go back. They even make half and half fries and onion rings, made my day king of Burgers!
