If i could rate them a zero stars, i would! My wife and I came in for after work late night dinner. I ordered a whopper with cheese, the burger smelled funny. I opened it up and the bun had mold on it. My whopper had cheese on it that looked expired, it wasn't made the way I ordered it. I asked for no tomatoes or onions because i cannot eat them, it had both, i asked for extra pickles, it had none, and i asked for extra lettuce, and my lettuce looked like it had been dropped on the floor and then put on my burger. On top of all that, I found a big black hair on my burger. My fries were maybe luke warm at best! I took it back and the worker just looked at me said that if I'm not happy with it...
Newmarket location is fairly new. Been a few times. Ordering food is a absolute disaster. Very unorganized staff and definitely undertrained. People got frustrated waiting 10 minutes in line to place a order. 25% of orders came out wrong. The place is a zoo the times I visited and I can't figure out how the owners don't know how bad the Newmarket location is. WAKE UP OWNERS. Go sit your restaurant for a few hours and observe IF YOU DONT WANT TO CRASH YOUR FRANCHISE INTO THE GROUND. (Take note on how the Richmond Hill and Hwy 7 locations are run much much better)
Me and my friend were trying to dine there last night around 2:00am based on the work hours on google maps that says that its open 24/7. And when we walked in there was an old lady which I believe is the manager treated us like we are trying to steal the store screaming at us very aggressively “what are you doing here, we’re closed”. It was such a terrible experience and I wouldn’t be coming back to this place again.
Arshdeep... I am so sorry I don't know how to spell her name I can't remember) . She served my family and she was very very respectful, helpful and professional. Please consider giving this young woman a pay increase she is taking her job at BK seriously and deserves more.

I always order here when BK has some kind of special deal going on. By the time I arrive my food is always ready and hot. Everything is done thru mobile app so I never have to wait. This place is great place to chill, hang since it's never too busy.
Coming here for $2 Cheeseburger，to be honest，very good，the size even bigger than McDonload.My family get Whopper Combo，valueable and good taste.8 nuggets and Large Fires ? Conbo only 4.99 in offers，however the fries taste not that good.
Renovated BK with the huge play place featuring high tunnel slides are gone probably due to covid restrictions. Modernized look, lots of seating available. Hard to pass up the deal for 2 whoppers for $11 for a quick snack.
They got me from all hospitality aspects like Dining experience, drive-thru and the way they serve.Accessible location on the highway.I recommend to give a shot to their dining ?

Sunday night drive thru experience was subpar. 30min wait from start to finish. Hot chicken nuggets but bone cold jr woppers. I also have a receipt to verify my visit.
Service is very slow at the counter. Staffs are not too friendly. Whopper is ok but crispy chicken sandwich, chicken is soft not crunchy. But the place is clean.
