This restaurant intentionally underhires, like many others aiming to boost their profits at the expense of customer service. Typically, there are only two employees on duty, and they are overwhelmed with drive-through orders, making it challenging for dine-in customers to get the attention they need. I've stopped going inside altogether. It seems these restaurants prefer customers to use an app and go through the drive-through instead. Are they planning to transition to drive-through only for fast food? They encourage ordering ahead to give their limited staff enough time to prepare the orders. Consumers should consider boycotting these establishments; it's the only way to effect change.
I visited the Bloomfield location at 10:20 this morning and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito. I started eating it on my way home and discovered that the cook had drenched it in hot sauce—not your typical hot salsa, but actual hot sauce. My mouth was still burning 20 minutes after that first bite, and I had to throw it away. I’m not sure if the cook thought it would be funny, but he completely ruined my breakfast. I tried calling the number on my receipt and the store number, but it just kept ringing. I usually eat at that location at least twice a week, but after this experience, I won’t be going back.
I waited patiently in line to place my order. When I finally got to the register, without even the slightest semblance of shame, the floor manager said No more orders, and pulled the cashier away to apparently fulfill backed up drive thru orders. They expected me to stand and wait at the register for who knows how long without even so much as an apology. I eventually walked out.I have never had a positive experience at this BK, but after today I will never come here again.
This restaurant was awful. The food was absolutely terrible and tasted like garbage. The fries were old and not fresh, and the nuggets were also old and tasted terrible. To make matters worse, my Whopper Combo Large came with every ingredient I specifically asked not to have. The only saving grace was the Ice Cream Cup. Additionally, my order took a ridiculous 50 minutes to arrive.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, and it was very disappointing. It tasted cold, soggy, and far from fresh. Additionally, the woman who served me seemed extremely stressed and unhappy, which was quite concerning. She may be overworked and in need of a break. Overall, it was a troubling experience, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.
I was given unwanted ingredients again at this restaurant. The fries were stale and dry, and the whopper was not worth it. I will not be returning.

Food is great as usual... but overhang in the drive-thru-lane must be repaired.
The food was excellent, nothing was lacking and my order arrived promptly.
