I just received the worst food and service at this Burger King. We tried the front door around 5:45 and it was locked, with a notice on the door that the dining room closed at 8PM. Frustrating, but times are tough, so I get it. We went through thedrive-through and after ordering two meals (with sides in large and medium), a fish sandwich, and a kids meal, they let mypartner know they charge per sauce. Not great, but fine. We asked for an extra at the window and they let us know it'd be more,again that's fine. We pulled into the parking lot and found no sauces in the bag and what looked like same size sides. Staff was rude and practically threw my food at me through the drive through window. They couldn't get the order correct and looked like they couldn't be bothered to check what I ordered and expected me to provide them with my order repeatedly bothwhile taking it and again while handing me my food. Provided no receipt and no napkins in the bag and I had to ask for thecorrect number of straws for my drinks. Also, I wanted to dine in, but the doors were locked despite their posted hours sayingthe dining room should have been open. Not planning on coming back here again.
I am constantly amazed how BK hasn't shut down yet. They seem to be suffering from short staff issues even well before the pandemic started. Id rate it 1 star but the food at least tastes good everytime. I feel bad for the workers as well since theygenuinely seem to care and are trying their hardest. Management needs to step it up and offer better pay.
We ordered for 4 people. 2 of the veggie whoppers were real meat whoppers. We ordered 2 cokes, they gave us 4 cokes covered in soda on the outside of the cups. Only one person actually received the correct order, the other 3 we're messed up If you arevegetarian, have health restrictions or just want a stress free experience, I would go elsewhere.

Why is it that burger ? king just opened and you all are selling old cold food and then I have to wait for fresh food and I?m very disappointed in the service here and customer service I won?t be returning here it?s sad how customers get roped out of money for bad food
I have never had a bad experience in the 4 years I have been coming here. The staff is always fantastic, attentive, and friendly. They really go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
As she touched her eyes as I walked in, it was the subtle lobbies close that greeted me by the less than happy employee. No signs on the door stating as such. No hey how ya doing. Oh well it 's just a burger king employee.
The food was tasty and definitely worth the wait. However, the parking lot is a nightmare, with large potholes that could harm your vehicle. It's advisable to be careful when parking here.

If you haven't tasted our chicken nuggets yet, you're truly missing out! They're definitely superior to McDonald's. I needed a quick bite, and these were perfect. Make sure to try them!
Men?s room and women?s room first thing in the morning. Restaurant is dirty and disgusting. Time to hire some new management Burger King. Don?t eat here.
