Drive-thru was very inefficient today. I was stopped from approaching the drive-thru window for about 5 minutes then when I was able to approach I paid and was told drive to the doors on the other side of the building. 2 cars behind me got their order and I ended up having to go inside to get my food. This never happened to me in a McDonald’s or Wendy’s
Super slow today holding cars from coming up to drive thru window and making cars pull forward. Drive thru very inefficient. People behind me got their food first and I ended up having to go inside to get my order
Unfortunately understaffed. Not the employees problem but we waited in line for 30 minutes to be told we'd have to wait another 30 minutes to get food
