waited over 20 minutes to order only that they will screw up my order. asked and paid for two double-bascon cheeseburgers were given two regular one-single castles. when I went back to the store, they wouldn't refund my order and repair my food because it was over a 30-minute cut-off time. when I was head of company saying there was no window and my money should have been returned since I had the article. make sick a sequence with business this place is the worst not here just two workers in the filiale go and it takes 20 minutes to take ur order. hold the flap!
This place is the worst Burger King in The Bronx the staff are very badly trained or not train properly at all the food, French fries onion rings etc. are extremely soggy and not fully cooked they take out the fries and onion rings ahead of time when they backed up and they get backed up with two customers very poor management and employees, I will definitely never go to this establishment again and I will not recommend anyone to eat at this facility or bye food from this facility, I rate this C- corporate needs to fix these problems or close this Burger King.
I ordered the whopper from this location on December 12th, 2022. the sandwich tasted as if it was cooked in deep frittier and over boiled, burned. I was not happy with the ordering and was that it was the only place to order from this was open at 10-10:30. because there is no pizza anymore or even 7-eleven, subways were closed.
Customer service here sucks its Monday Sept 26th 7:15pm and the cashier is miserable and has no manners. Also failed to say the debit card machine is not working until after I ordered luckily I had a $50 bill behind my cell phone case smh. They should have a sign to warn customers.

Went there this morning to buy breakfast to take to work and the door was locked with 3 employees standing front of register didn't bother to open door and it was after 7am. They truly ignore me and all 3 started to walk to the back. Very Unprofessional.
Worst service in my life the Jamaican girl with the red hair had a very nasty attitude she was on her phone the whole time she almost push my friend and suck her teeth and told her go somewhere else I can see why no one was there
Pretty standard experience. They got my drink order wrong, but that's just Burger King for you. Didn't have high expectations to begin with.
It’s slow when there’s more ppl cuz last time I checked there’s like one person behind the counter since it’s a small location

Nice place. Be prepared to WAIT. Severely understaffed. Just the manager and one employee on a Friday afternoon.
