The service here is WACK. This is one of the better carvels flavor wise but the store almost always looks closed. There is very rarely staff waiting at the counter. I walked in tonight and it was dead silent. I stood there for two minutes alone and was about to leave when an employee finally came out of the back. I joked saying that it felt like I broke into the place and the employee could not care less. She just continued walking and asked how she could help me, but some attitude was in the room with us . I understand that some days might be off but this has happened so many times and half the time it’s employees dressed in their pajama pants who come out to the counter. I understand the c...
On February 9th, 2024 at 7:45pm, my daughter went to purchase ice cream from this restaurant. When she entered, she found the front empty with no workers in sight. After waiting for 3 minutes, she became worried and decided to leave, thinking there may be a robbery in progress. As she was leaving, a young female worker finally approached her with an attitude asking how she could help. While the ice cream was delicious as always, the customer service was terrible. Let's work together to improve the customer service at Carvel and make it great again.
They need to change their hours and go back to closing at 10 or later. Closing at 9 is too early. Most people eat ice cream as dessert so opening later in the day and closing later would make more sense. I often end up buying ice cream at Uncle Louies or CVS because they close too early
we're going to this one as long as I remember. ice is always fresh and tasty. they have a new pistachio soft serving that is delicious, they get the pistachio flavor without the nuts. we always go to this carvel. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The service at this restaurant is excellent. My only complaint is that they always seem to be out of the strawberry crunches for the shortcake shake. However, the ice cream is always delicious and worth a visit.
The singular employee at the restaurant handed me a dirty napkin that she had used to clean the counter, making eye contact as she did so. Her attitude was not friendly at all.
Conveniently in the neighborhood, but no one is friendly. They seemed bothered when you walk in. Too pricey for too little customer service.

Why if it says open until 10:00pm, it’s 9:15pm and she telling me it’s close.
