The service here is quite disappointing. Although this Carvel location has some of the better flavors, it often feels like the store is closed. There’s rarely anyone at the counter. When I walked in tonight, it was completely silent. I waited for about two minutes before an employee finally emerged from the back. I made a light-hearted comment about feeling like I had broken in, but she seemed indifferent. She just kept walking and asked how she could help, but there was definitely a bit of an attitude in the air. On February 9th, 2024 at 7:45pm, my daughter went to purchase ice cream from this restaurant. When she entered, she found the front empty with no workers in sight. After waiting for 3 minutes, she became worried and decided to leave, thinking there may be a robbery in progress. As she was leaving, a young female worker finally approached her with an attitude asking how she could help. While the ice cream was delicious as always, the customer service was terrible. Let's work together to improve the customer service at Carvel and make it great again.
Went to to Carvel the lady failed to ask cone or cup, put my Ice cream on a cup. I asked if she could put a cone on top. Then charged me 1dollar extra, said says thats been the policy for 3 years and at all ice cream places she has worked before. I have been coming here for 16 years, never have I had a problem. Lately they have been rude all though I have to say the young lady with green eyes does strive for the costumers happiness. The older lady with glasses is nasty.I
The older lady working there did an amazing job helping me find what I needed but then started to spout some climate change conspiracies which was so off putting? I was there for ice cream cake not whatever she seemed to have been trying to push on me.I?m uncomfortable to come to this store again because of this very weird interaction.

They need to change their hours and go back to closing at 10 or later. Closing at 9 is too early. Most people eat ice cream as dessert so opening later in the day and closing later would make more sense. I often end up buying ice cream at Uncle Louies or CVS because they close too early
The service at this restaurant is excellent. My only complaint is that they always seem to be out of the strawberry crunches for the shortcake shake. However, the ice cream is always delicious and worth a visit.
The singular employee at the restaurant handed me a dirty napkin that she had used to clean the counter, making eye contact as she did so. Her attitude was not friendly at all.
Good had the cake we needed and very friendly in this location but no parking only at the meters so it's hard to find parking

Carvel is simply fantastic! The ice cream is always delicious, and I'm never disappointed.
Why if it says open until 10:00pm, it’s 9:15pm and she telling me it’s close.
