I went to breakfast through the drive through. I used the pick up choice. Everything went well until we left with our order. We got about a mile down the road when I noticed we didn't get a sandwich we ordered. So we turned. Around we wanted to just handle in the drive through but there was like 6 cars waiting. So I went in. I explained my problem which the cashier explained to the kitchen staff. She walked away. But the cook didn't forget whom it went to. She made. Sure I got my sandwich. It was really some B's I wasn't given anything for having to turn around.
About a month ago I ordered my food on the app while still at work so it would be ready when I arrived. This was the first time I've ordered Burger King in advance. After I ordered, it instructed me to go through the drive through. When I got there the employee seemed confused that I ordered online and then I waited...and waited...so clearly my food hadn't been prepared. I also had to wait to get to the drive through speaker for the other customers to order. It would have been much easier just to order when I got there instead of taking an extra step.
That's the second time that this happened to me. for the first time, I just let it slip because I thought you ordered that nice with your cheese chopper. Yesterday I ordered two cheese choppers and two big pommes. the only thing that came with the burgers were the breads and the meat patties. very disappointing. I discussed it with the manager and he said I could come today and get a replacement job if I introduce the entry. very incompetent.
I want to give a shout out to the worker who was working hard despite being short-staffed. She seemed to be a manager and was in a good mood while running around taking care of everything, including serving fries. I don't know how she managed to do it all, but it was the best experience I've had at a fast food place in a long time.

I ordered an breakfast meal and an additional side of round. when I consider that everything is double in price, I was disappointed to get only a package of rounds. not one answered and I tried several times. Corporate would also not help. I paid $5 for something that should have been two and got nothing.
and I love the cook here. my hepper is always so beautifully made; the tomats are still sturdy, the salat is crispy, and the pickles are great! I always go to the burger king in saint paul! do not think they sweat that the lines are slow, not many workers, but their food quality is still amazing!
Was clean and busy, yet the staff that served me and a friend was very rude when we requested a fresh order, had a horrible energy and a bad attitude.Wasn't too pleased, but as expected, unfortunately, from a fastfood in that neighborhood.
I just stopped going there. Get your hopes up for freshly made hot whopper n cheese, noooo. Meat warm, bun hard. If you don't like your job quit, customers shouldn't have to be y'all fall guy frfr.

It was worth the wait. I enjoyed my food and the cashier was friendly as ever. Thank you all for your hard work and making my burger bomb as hell.
The food was good about the cashier had a hoodie that was so unclaimed they need to learn better customer service for all the fast foods are gone
