Well... I guess it's time to say goodbye. This will be my final visit to Shar'els Cafe. Every other time I've been here has been enjoyable, and I thought it would be a great spot for a fun family gathering. But this time was different. The waitress (whose name I don't know because she never introduced herself) had a long grey ponytail braid and was incredibly loud and rude. She began by insulting my father, a U.S. Air Force veteran, and served him biscuits and gravy that looked like soupy gruel, topped with an undercooked egg. She then proceeded to bully my aunt for being hard of hearing, yelling at her because she couldn't hear a quiet question. I believe that unnecessary aggression towards...
Got the roast beef lunch special and was very disappointed. Roast beef was thin sliced salty deli meat with tasteless mashed potatoes and watered down beef gravy. Do it right or take it off your menu. Breakfast is good though.
Took my grandkids out to breakfast. Good portions. French toast, topping of strawberries and cool whip for pancake with chocolate chips in them, 3 cheese omelet
