I don't usually put reviews on restaurants but when I do it's usually extremely good or just bad service. The burger king here has usually good services but the lady with the glasses yelled at a couple because she isn't getting orders right we both asked for meals and was also being rude to me I wouldn't have her as cashier if she just going to lash out at customers who weren't giving her attitude. Trust me the couple wasn't even rude it was just her.
The young lady at the drive-thru cashier seems to have a negative attitude, as if she is annoyed to be working the night shift. After taking your order, she rudely says, "WHAT ELSE?" instead of asking if that will be all. As someone who works in customer service, I believe this is not the proper way to respond to customers. The management should take the necessary steps to remind her of proper service etiquette.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a number eight with no sauce and a plain bacon double cheeseburger. When I got home and opened my bag, I found a number 8 with sauce and a double cheeseburger with no bacon. The two women working were too busy speaking Spanish to each other to pay attention to my order. This has happened every other time I visit this restaurant and I am fed up with it.
I actually like burger king but for some reason, this one is disgusting. Can't stomach the burgers from this one. I drive an extra couple of miles to go to a different burger king and it is much better.They also get the order wrong here about 50% of the time so always check your food before leaving the drive-thru window. they are so rude that I ask for a bun and I had a list, so I would know exactly what I wanted that they gave me a crispy bun I was not annoyed, but she was mad at me because I asked for another sanehich, then she owes me 5.98 and took 5$ out that I did not see but I did.
The service at this restaurant is excellent and the staff is friendly. My favorite burger spot always delivers top-notch service and the Grubhub delivery team is perfect. I would rate them 5 stars every time.
This particular Burger King always has bad service . But the restaurant is very clean and food is cooked well !
