I had to wait an extremely long time for my order, even though it wasn't particularly busy. After what felt like an eternity, it turned out that my food was apparently no longer available or had been forgotten. Only after asking several times did I finally receive a replacement meal, which, while better than nothing, was still unacceptable. Normalerweise äußere ich mich nicht so schnell, aber das war schrecklich. Wir haben zwei SpongeBob Crispy Chicken Burger bestellt. Beide waren kalt und es fehlten die Cheddar-Sterne. Es dauerte lange Gespräche, bis sie die Bestellung zurücknahmen und uns etwas anderes anboten. Schließlich haben wir für eine komplette Mahlzeit bezahlt. Es war, als würde man einen Döner bestellen und dafür nur Brot und Salat bekommen. Absolut inakzeptabel.
How can this Burger King have 4 stars? Simply NO! I ordered a garlic burger with extra sauce for 50 cents, and what did I get? A burger without sauce, and I still had to pay 50 cents extra. What kind of outrage is that?! We didn't even get the Christmas ornaments. If I could, I'd give it 0 stars.
The food tasted bad. Two women in the kitchen were standing around like they'd been ordered but never picked up. They did nothing but chat while I waited forever for my food. The atmosphere was terrible! Never again! The ambiance was okay.

The Flame Wings were significantly spicier than at any other Burger King. I pointed out to the staff that the children couldn 't eat them. Their response: There 's nothing I can do! An alternative would have been nice.
As many have already written: If you have nothing to do in the evening, you can easily queue up at the drive-in for an hour.
