My visit to Burger King was nearly perfect. The customer service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. Thanks to the Burger King app, I was able to take advantage of some great prices. However, I was disappointed that they do not serve hot chocolate. Another suggestion would be for Burger King to offer a drive-thru option, as it would benefit many customers.
