If I could give 0 stars I would. I have tried to give this place multiple chances, go at different times just to see if that's the issue. EVERY time I have to pull around and wait, even when there are no other cars. When I questioned this, they said if they let cars wait, it runs their timer and gives them a bad review. (I'm guessing with corporate). Tried to go today and oh my goodness. My kids meal was COLD, like as if they pulled it out of the fridge. My chicken sandwich had so much mayonnaise that I probably could have used the extra for like 3 other burgers. I got a large but had the amount of fries for a small. (No, they didn't dump into the bag) they completely forgot my bacon cheeseb...
The manager and staff at this restaurant barely acknowledge your presence. They just look at you without any greeting or acknowledgment. It would at least be nice if they said, “It’ll be a minute,” but instead, they exchanged whispers as they returned to the drive-thru. I noticed there was only one car in the drive-thru when I decided to drive around, thinking about using that option. Instead, I ended up at McDonald's! The manager there greeted me right at the door and was already taking my order before I even reached the register. By the time I finished filling my drink, they announced that my order was ready! That's why there's always a line at McDonald's and not at Burger King!
The restaurant provided the wrong food, which meant we had to move away from the window and couldn't see what was happening inside. As for parking, there’s plenty of space available, but the staff's attitudes were not very pleasant.
Drive thru but they seem to always have you pull around after you pay to fromt of building and wait. I waited 15-20 min last time and would have drove off but had paid. There were about 6 or so cars waiting as well.

I had a great experience during my visit to the restaurant. The staff, cashier, and window attendant were all friendly, and the food I ordered was delicious.

Food was GREAT! Customer service was NOT! He doesn’t smile. He had me pull around AND THEN forgot me. I waited 20 min. For a #1!
