So yesterday evening I experienced a manager with prison tattoos, who cuddled like a masculine from small children, the kitchen staff fell a family dinner on the floor and the matrosen took it up and directed it to the family. the family was upset, but they ate it anyway. the wife of the family also mentioned that it was the wrong order. another dame was there for pick-up, t segor never noticed her or the other brown encumbered men. when he finally recognized them, he told them: "Wait. I am busy!" Maybe if he stop screaming at the workers in the kitchen and stop to emphasize them with his commands, the restaurant could actually be productive.
waited in the drive waiting 15 minutes when I came to the loudspeaker, asked me to keep the person. wait another 5 minutes then took my order made it to window she took my payment then asked me forward and someone would be with my order another 10 minutes later we finally got our food and it was only 2 whores and a large French frit. that is so terrible did not know that fast eating takes 30 minutes. I could understand if there were many people, but there were only 4 of us in the car ride thru and 2 people in the load.
Drive thru... Employee was distracted. We had to repeat ourselves 3 times after listening to her respond to multiple other people. She repeated our order (correctly). Then didn't give receipt. Told to pull up and wait. When we didn't get all of our food they argued that it wasn't on the ticket. Well you read it off to me and didn't give me a receipt to prove it. Needless to say, will not be going back. First time poor service can be chalked up to bad day. Second chance visit no reason for same mistakes.
The Fries were fresh, crisp and well seasoned. The Whopper Jr. burger seemed like it had been cooked a while. It wasn't juicy. The toppings were fine. I think that the combo is way overpriced. I have used this Burger King outlet several times. Each time service has been poor. Food is never 'ready ' at the drive thru and when it is brought out it is never hot. Although this Burger King outlet is convenient for me, I will be taking my business to one of the other facilities in the area.
We ordered six meals and each one had a strange-tasting mayo. The staff told us to not move to the second window, but later whispered for us to move forward. It was clear they prioritized speed over customer service. Overall, the food quality was rated as 1 out of 5.
I recently visited the Burger King located on Highway 49 in Gulfport. I experienced a 15-minute wait in the drive-thru, and when I finally received my food, it was incorrect.
