Stay away from this location!!!!!!!! Service is terrible and I 've had issues with the drive thru. The first issue was about a year ago when I placed an order thru the app and selected Drive Thru as my pickup option. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. I had to contact BK to get a refund. Because of that I had avoided this location, but last night I thought I 'd give them another try since I knew they were open again. I was driving home from Salt Lake city towards Cali. Stopped here because I normally love BK. TODAY I was very disappointed. I ordered my usual 2 chocolate pies. The first pie was delicious. Went to kill the second one and as I bit into it was nasty. Threw it up cause it was so nasty. I pulled over to look at it and there was mold all over my pie...never have I experienced that before. Threw up everything I ate. Never going to this one again. Called the manager no answer. 4 times. Finally called pilot gas station and they went and got a manager. They did apologize and told me I could come back and get a refund but I was already 30 min away. I was not about to turn around for a 3.50 cent pie...
The cashier (young white make wearing a PLAYBOY jacket) decided to first touch cash then go touch my food and they don’t have the fry servers so he used tongs, and gave a medium fry the size of small. I didn’t pay extra to get less. And my son got a total of 19 fries. Yes I counted his just to see. And when i said he should be changing gloves he got attitude and his manager a Hispanic lady in the back didn’t care. Plus the inside was filthy. Don’t recommend going here. The pilot they are located in is nice and clean.
This Burger King, located at a truck stop, is pretty standard but shows signs of wear. There's usually at least one burnt-out light whenever I visit. The staff often seem uninterested in being there. The food is generally okay, but the wait can be surprisingly long—even when there’s no line—because a few people who ordered before you are still waiting for their meals. If you have time to spare, it’s fine, but if you’re in a rush, it’s best to keep driving.

The staff here are very friendly and take their time when taking orders, which is great. I don’t have much else to say about the ordering process. The interior could be cleaner, but it’s not too bad. My food took an average amount of time to arrive, and it came hot and beautifully presented, not just hastily thrown together. I would definitely return if I’m in the area again.
Excellent Service 150% ? Mike who assisted me was SUPER nice and very quick on establishing rapport. He was fairly new and honest about it, he attended me with great customer service. The food was perfect and well made, the cooks and hamburger makershad smiles and the whole experience at this Burger King was quite delightful. Pura Vida
Friendly staff, that let you take your time to order and not say anything else after every item you choose. Inside it wasn 't the cleanest but it 's not horrible. Took about average time to get me my food which came hot and pretty good looking and notjust thrown on in a rush. Would go back here again if I was in the area
Hector really helped our day to be so much better, with an error that happened previously he made it right and I cannot tell you how much we appreciated it. the place is not only great food fast friendly but they deliver on the promise

Burger King has an average menu. It's a reasonable option for an occasional meal every few months, but it’s not my preferred choice for dining. The food is satisfactory as long as you don’t eat there too often.
