Burger King - Tisch reservieren

if I could give zero stars, I would. I have to order the redner and the first thing the man said was “can I help you” in a very rude ton. accepted, they could be stressed, I reacted with “hi, can I please order”? he has literally with “yes, you are on the microphone, that is what you do”. What's wrong with people? I have worked for several years in customer service and have not even treated people who have really earned a posture on this way. this happened at 18:15 on the 13th august. I'd say do better, but don't expect anything at this point.

online says open until midnight, but we moved around 1130 into the drive thru and the hearts over the loud loudspeaker we cried out! but there were cars in front of us who gathered their commands. when you see this situation, has infinite amount of 1 star ratings, I guess it is expected. unhappy.

order for collection before closing. they accepted my order came there 5 minutes before it was closed and they did not fill out my order and was told that they shut off the grill before an hour and I will get a refund. would it have been nice to be informed beforehand!?

Best customer service we have ever had at a burger king. Thank you for your time. Very kind staff they also have the best weird tacos. I will never go to another location now thanks to the two employees that were on shift tonight at 10pm. You guys are awesome.

The most clean burger king store ever been. Very kind staffs and the fries are killing points of this location. Such a great place for a quick lunch
