Worst BK in Memphis. Worker was extremely rude, ghetto and offenso e . Arrived at 1015 for breakfast, and I was told they weren’t going to do breakfast anymore?!?. Ignorant lady got mad that I insisted they were in the breakfast window Terrible attitude, extremely unhelpful and unprofessional . This location should be avoided at all cost.
This burger king has a crew that truly cares and is amazing, but it also has a crew that is terrible. They literally refuse to wait on people. You're only as good as your weakest link. I will never go back to this location. Sorry to the team that cares. I just can't see myself asking when does the people that care work next.
I ordered and went up to the window and I was told multiple times to back up so I wouldn’t be on the timer because she’s not ready for me and I was told I was anxious to eat, however, a timing issue is on them not me . I paid and pulled off because If you can’t even do a fast food job right maybe you shouldn’t be there
The general manager lacks basic customer service skills and was quite rude. Don't plan on dining inside this restaurant. They lock the doors around 7 PM, so you're left with no choice but to use the drive-thru.
