Today we were returning from a vacation on motorcycles. Not only was it raining, we were soaked to the skin. We pulled off into this restaurant. The counter worker, Allen, was gracious, friendly, quick with our order, and very nice about the fact that he had to mop the floor from all the water coming off our riding gear. This young man is an asset to your organization. The food was prepared quickly, was what we ordered, and the hospitality excellent. Thank you for making a bad day much, much better. You rock, Allen!
Food is always wrong or nasty and don't know her name but the manager during the day was very rude and unprofessional when I took a burger back in that had everything on it and I asked for cheese only. They made another one and it was the same way, I got no refund when I asked because I wasn't wasting time with the rude manager and the ticket plainly said cheese only. This is the Burger King at 150&16 in Denver.
I experienced some of the best service I've ever received in my life at this restaurant. It surpasses even the many Michelin-starred establishments I've visited. They also have a perfect sanitation rating of 100. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Not even the unsettling man, seemingly weighed down by his wife, who stared at me through the window, could dampen my enthusiasm for this restaurant.

The drive thru service is painfully slow and the food is mediocre at best. The employees we encountered were unprofessional and very unfriendly. We will not be returning to this location.

Slowest drive thru ever! No one in front of me or behind and still have to pull up and wait on two sandwiches.
