Of the handful of times I've ordered food from this particular Burger King, each time was less than subpar. There are times I've waited in a parking spot 15 minutes for my order, only to receive all cold food. What is the wait for if all the food is cold anyway?? Orders have been received missing all the ingredients, with missing items. Do yourself a favor if you can, and go to the Burger King at the top of Blackman St on 309. Always delicious food, hot and melted cheese on burgers, and fries always fresh enough. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
If I could give them zero Stars I would I just had the worst experience at Burger King in my life they told me to pull up to the front and drive through I waited over 20 minutes I had to call them and they didn't understand where my order was so they decided to just refund me so I waited in front of Burger King for 20 minutes with no food I went in to ask only to get screamed at to leave and called a sissy as I was walking out witch I thought was ironic when they all looked like they do drugs behind the dumpster Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The drive thru girl.was more worried about taking everyone's order then preparing the ones she already took therfore giving me cold food.i spoke to manager and he just stuck up for her saying she got my order mixed up....the place doesn't train correctly and the kids work8ng there have horrible customer service.i will never buy food from this store again.i will drive 30 mins to a different franchise owners.. My son and I had lunch today at bk in Hanover. The buns were extremely dry cold French fries. I hate to complain but I spent 21 dollars and threw it out for the birds. Won't be coming back
