This is the worst Burger King I've ever visited. I ordered the #1 Whopper meal combo for $11, but I was charged $13.15 plus tax. They informed me that I had chosen a medium-sized burger with cheese, while the #1 Whopper meal on the menu actually comes with a small burger without cheese. However, there is no small or medium Whopper, aside from the kids' size. Additionally, the original Whopper comes with cheese. Be careful about what you're paying!
Terrible experience! The customer service is nonexistent. You're left to grab cold food that's been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. The bottled soda from the fridge is lukewarm. Just awful! What happened to the flame-grilled burgers? Their motto is "HAVE IT YOUR WAY," but cold definitely isn't my way! This is a rest stop with trucks coming and going all day and night—food should be hot! This Burger King is a complete failure.
They don’t seem to care about customers who want to customize their burgers. The staff is rude, and the food appears to have been sitting out for a long time, yet they still expect customers to accept it. They don’t accept mobile orders, likely to charge higher prices. This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever visited.
I had the worst chicken sandwich I've ever experienced. I've never had a bad one from Burger King before, but this was disappointing. It had nothing but mushy lettuce and a small amount of old-tasting mayonnaise. And to top it all off, it cost $10! I highly recommend you find another place to eat at the rest stop. A national fast food chain should never be located at a turnpike rest stop. The prices are high, and the food is not fresh since it is pre-made and served in a cafeteria style. Do yourself a favor and take the next exit to find a nearby restaurant instead.
This Burger King is excessively overpriced, and the meals are served cold and soggy, as if they've been sitting out for at least 30 minutes. I genuinely don't feel that this is a safe place to eat.

They have reasonable prices. I got 10 chicken nuggets for 1.49.You can get very full on $4.00 .Amazing.
