The sundae was shoved at my husband and he was told well we don 't have a spoon . Everything that was said to us was with a raised and agressive voice. My food as always was fresh as it should be being that I waited for and extra 15mins. Service and food was pleasant as always when I visit this location. Which by the way is the only location I can tolerate, the staff is always super pleasant, and accommodating. I just sometimes dont like the wait of it all. It is called fast food after all. I have become familiar with some of the staff and I believe that makes a major difference of it all.
