I used to come to this place every two weeks with my parents. However, after going to college, it has been some time since my last visit. Nevertheless, on my recent visit, I was amazed to see that this place has added even better items to its menu. The staff is incredibly friendly, passionate about their work and patient with customers.It's not every day I get to hang out with my parents, so when we visit places with great customer service, an amazing atmosphere, and all-around good vibes, I always appreciate it. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options but definitely worth it
The MOST DELICIOUS burger place in the area. My favorite is the Shack Mac Burger from the Burger Shack menu! So much flavor!There's also the Aljoom BBQ menu! My favorite from there is the Detroiter Brisket Sub! The meat melts while you're eating it! It's really something special!There's plenty of side options that are delicious as well. The Mac Cheese and Coleslaw is something you can't get nowhere else.The service is great as well! Great communication! They greet you up front with eye contact!Overall! A+ Grade! Very happy! ?
The customer service at this restaurant was extremely slow. The area behind the counter was very dirty. Children were touching and licking everything and the staff did not intervene. This place would likely not pass a health inspection.
This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and exceptional service. We have visited five times already and will definitely be going back soon. The burger was great and I especially loved the shakes. Parking is also convenient.

I go in often as I am a instructor for the DTE Tree Trim Academy. The food is always good and everyone is polite. I got the AL Joom burger and it is amazing. I always suggest students from the class to go and try it.
I hate you. This place is despicable has no milkshakes keep in mind this is supposed to be a knock off shake shack but they have no milkshake I'm at home shaking with anger because of this horrible place
My favorite is the mac and cheese loaded with brisket and bbq sauce. Burgers are fire. They have novelty shakes and desserts. AND Ali comes up with new delectable ideas almost every month. ?
Awesome place, great food. Wings are huge and very flavorful. The loaded shack fries, and Detroit loaded fries are also great. Pretty much everything you order is great. High recommend.

This restaurant offers fantastic burgers, fries, and onion rings, with house-made dipping sauces. Please note they do not serve pork to accommodate dietary restrictions.
Hooked us up late at night. Very friendly, excellent food. Fast for fresh cooking. Highly recommend.
