Service was good, friendly and helpful and the space is nice. However, the Cheezus burger was not good. Too much bread, and 2-3 times too much sauce. The beef patty was thin and so tough I couldn't even tear off a piece without using a knife. I just don't understand how you can get a burger so wrong. The beauty is in the simplicity of the thing. It should be all about the thick tender, moist ground beef patty which is the star of the show, everything else is just an accompaniment. The Cheezus burger I had was the reverse, all about the bread, salad, sauce and aioli which overwhelmed everything. The beef patty was just a support player and unfortunately not a good one.

Must admit here that I'm not the biggest lovers of all things burger - although I do appreciate a good one now and again. Problem is that I grew up in the era of a good burger with the lot from the local fish and chip shop - we've come a long way since then - but I still reminisce about those ones on fat toast from the Casino fish and chip shop.
Anyway I diverge - I also cook a mean burger - another reason I rarely head out for one. But having a couple of Uni students in the house (one my own, the other his gf) I found myself heading to Burger Urge with the two of them and I have to say, it was a damn good burger. I went with the classic cheese louise - I did become slight...
I would have rated this place 5 stars if they had not changed their menu. They say it's all very similar, but thats just it, its not the same. my partner and i would very regularly pop in here, but we have moved on to Grilled as Urge looks like its trying to get into a whole new target audience. Disappointed but completely understand that this happens from time to time. Your staff at this store are always happy and extremely welcoming, so i applaud them for there efforts!

had a bite here before movies in new farm. nice burgers and i do like that they serve pepsi. i had one of their standard burgers on brioche bun. i liked sitting on the street, watching the cars and people pass by. nice little place.
Great spot for a casual catch up and some awesome burgers! Could be a little more creative with the decor, it would help in given the place a better vibe and I probably would've stayed there for longer! Overall great experience!
Really Delicious Burgers! The sweet potatos are amazing! I will come back definitively to try another item of the menu! I would really recommend other to try it

We went here today for a bite to eat. Their sweet potato fries were great and the burgers were huge and tasty. Service was also quick and friendly.
Clean venue! Friendly staff. Tasty Burgers and amazing sweet potato fries! Could improve with better softer buns! Mine was a little rock hard.
