I haven't enjoyed a burger from this special franchise yet, and the staff needs a little more training to be friendly rather than behave like robots. (visit the restaurant kelvin grove urban village to see how it is done! the personal there is amazing! . my burger, small frits and softdrink cost over $21, which is restless, especially if it is not pleasant. my order has dropped off the system (as this happens, so I had to wait for them, and then the southern fried chicken was burned. it really won't eat again. I really don't know what this is about. their burgers leave much to wish.
I love a good burger and while Burger Urge at QUT is good, it's not amazing. $15 for a burger without chips is always a bit rich (especially when catering to a student audience) and to be honest, the burgers are a bit sad looking...compared to the images on the menu. I completely understand they're made to look beautiful and touched up and not realistic, but my burger just looked limp and disappointing. Lucky it was tasty (I went halves with a friend with the Donald Trump and Kim Jong Yum) but I won't be in a rush to return. Service was quick and friendly so thumbs up for that.
My wife and I were very excited going to the new Nundah Burger Urge, hoping for a big juicy beautiful fresh beef pattie!
What a disappointment!
The meat is "Frozen Processed" and according to the Manager when asked about this terrible meat pattie confirmed that the meat is not ground and prepared on site how I would expect but is delivered by a third party supplier!
$15 for a basic burger? This is outrageous! A total rip-off that I can't recommend to anybody who is a meat (and especially burger) lover!

I've been here a few times, mostly on Sundays for lunch as everything else is closed on QUT Garden's Point campus on this day of the week. Their burgers are always awful, tasteless, just thrown together and the chips are soggy. I can't think of a place that makes worse burgers. If you want a good burger, just walk 5 minutes down the street to Miel Container - same price and WAY better quality.

Sometimes they are the only thing open on campus. If that's what you find just walk down into the Botanical gardens since the market is probably on. $15 for a burger without fried is excessive considering the quality. Add fries and a drink for $8. $23 for burger lunch on a university campus is pushing reality.
Really enjoyed these burgers. I had a taste of the new yorker, the bacon and avo and blue blue cheese burger. It was beefy juiciness made to perfection and the portions are huge. The seating area is pretty cool too with pot plants hanging from the ceiling and you can enjoy the buzziness of the city.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. As a Vegan, I'm use to having fairly ordinary Burgers most of the time, however the Vegan Burger (with an extra addition of Hummus) was amazing. BEST VEGAN BURGER IN BRISBANE CBD!!!!!!!!
they can order different sizes that are very practical. salat tomatensauce in each with sauce. mami. only a small campus, but good staff, clean, comfortable.
