The food has good flavor which was why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. I ordered right when they opened. I decided on the Cowboy Burger (adding mushrooms and jalapeños for a dollar each) and a Caesar side salad. Got back to the lunch room at my work and discovered the salad was bone dry with no dressing(thankfully my boss had a bottle of thousand island in the fridge). I moved on to the burger and the patty was very crumbly falling apart with every bite I took and I noticed that the jalapeños which I paid extra for, were no where to be found. I visited their website to place an order and called in to confirm my order. However, the price quoted to me over the phone was higher than what was listed online. I pointed this out, but she refused to honor the website price. This kind of practice is unacceptable; you can't promote one price and then charge a different amount. It's poor business. Additionally, I was shocked to find out that they wanted to charge me 99 cents for ketchup. This is a burger restaurant! Why should I have to pay extra for ketchup on my burger? However, during my last visit, the fries didn’t taste very fresh. The food was good, and it wasn't crowded when we visited on a Thursday night. The woman who took our order was pleasant, but her English wasn't very strong, making it a bit difficult to understand her. Similarly, when the man brought our food to the table, I didn't recognize one of the dishes. I asked him what it was, but he didn't speak any English at all. The meal shown in the picture costs $18, and it feels overpriced. You get a sandwich, a drink, fries, and a cold cup of cheese dip, but the quality doesn't justify the price. I would rate it 2 stars because the fountain drink machine was out of 75% of the options, and the food is quite pricey for what you receive. However, the customer service was friendly, and the sandwich and fries were decent, so I settled on 3 stars.
The food here is incredible, and I really appreciate the lively atmosphere with all the sports games playing on the TVs! The Bottoms Up beer system is a fantastic feature. I highly recommend trying the chicken wings! If you're a fan of spicy food, don't miss the Spice Wagon-style cheesesteak—I had no idea they offered cheesesteaks until I visited! Overall, it’s a fantastic sports bar and restaurant with great burgers.
Fantastic food. The burgers and fries are excellent; thick patties cooked nicely with crispy fries. The stand out is the Indian food. The Samosa chat and Kati rolls are fantastic, and surprising that they are at a burger place. Definitely check this place out!
