They have great milkshakes and onion rings. The burgers are sub-sub-subpar. I think they should change their name to milkshake and onion rings only . Have you ever played pretend with a child eating fake food? The plastic burgers would win against BurgerIM. They have a variety of proteins for your burgers, even if they had Pterodactyl and/or Polar bear burgers, I would not go back for a sandwich. BUT, I will return for the milkshakes and onion rings. It would be nice to have a drive-thru because my laziness will not allow me walk-in for onion rings and milkshakes only... I will send my husband though! Once again, if I can compartmentalize the items, the milkshakes and onion rings would get 6...
The restaurant has a clean and modern ambiance with comfortable interiors and a variety of seating options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made my first visit enjoyable. My burgers and fries arrived fresh and piping hot. Everything was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fries—they had an understated quality that made me eat every last one. I have no complaints about the burger; it was good, but it wasn't particularly remarkable for the price. The bathroom was clean, which is another positive aspect.
My friend and I were craving burgers and looking to try a new place in Crofton. BurgerIM did not disappoint! She got a burger, I got the grilled chicken, and I ordered up a spicy chicken for my husband. They put everything on the side for the spicy sandwich for my him to eat after work. Everything was super delicious! My hubby said his food was just as good even after warming it up. The customer service was outstanding! We cannot wait to go back for 88 cent wing night on Wednesdays :
Not your average burger spot. Makes five guys look like the dollar menu at McDonald's.Burgers and wings are outstanding. Everything that I have eaten here is top shelf and with the added plus of a bar you can't go wrong at this place.The service and attention to the customer just rockets this restaurant too a whole new dining experience. The staff and owner are great. Owner came and greeted me with a smile and made me feel like I was home. Try this place you won't regret it

I love their fries, they're not soggy like other restaurants. Instead they are the right amount of crispy. Burgers here are amazingly delicious. The house sauce compliments the flavor of the sandwich without taking away from the beef. BurgerIM has become a regular for my family.
We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I got the Hawaiian salmon burger and onions rings and it was sooooo good.The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and food came out fairly quick.We’re excited to go back to try other things. Highly recommend!
I ordered a salmon burger, but it was completely bland. I was hoping the crab would add some flavor and the pineapple would be sweet, but unfortunately, it tasted like nothing but fish. The sweet potato fries, on the other hand, were perfectly cooked.
was so happy to place before tonight. order a lammburger and sweet potato friries. gote to house with a warmed chicken sandwich and my fried were half French pommes. no indication of who considers this acceptable.

The food is decent but a bit greasy compared to their competitors. They primarily specialize in burgers, wings, and fries. Overall, it's neither outstanding nor terrible. I’m giving it 3 stars for now.
Great burger! Pleasant staff! We had the cowboy burger, sweet potato fries cookie cream shake. Too bad they don't have one in S.D.
