We've been loyal customers for years and have always enjoyed the food here. However, recently, there has been a noticeable decline in quality. We particularly love the spicy mayo and cilantro sauce, which we often rave about alongside the burrito bowls. Unfortunately, every time we've eaten this food lately, we've ended up feeling ill within an hour. I made the mistake of ordering takeout today, and it turned out to be a huge error. Ordered via uber eats. They sent me tacos with no sauce and added things to my taco i did not order. I called for sauce and was told he couldn't send someone for just sauce. Im very close to your location and willing to pay for sauce and wait until thedriver does have to go out. I would've picked it up but am working. He then insisted that it wasn't on my receipt. My receiptclearly shows customer notes requested. It clearly shows what i wanted in my tacos.He was careless. Since i had to eat themwithout sauce i realized the shrimp is no good and they have corn tortillas in their photos but i got a flour one. Notauthentic, not good and workers don't care.
Just ordered a chix bowl with just lettuce-tomato and rice. I picked it up and got home it was a bowl with everything I can not have !!! Called nice girl said they will refund me. Tom called me and told me they can?t do that they will make a new one unfortunately I have to go to airport so that would not work for me. Tom said he will give me 20% off????? NOT a bad for business Tom . I?m sure Sam would be happy with that . I am a every week customer if not more.

I wasn't impressed. The portion size was mediocre at best in terms of flavor, and the price was not justified. With so many similar options nearby, I won't be returning.
Ordered 2 chicken Quesadilla's was so soggy and greasy I ate half otherwise the top half was ok. Will never return no response needed
Food is generally good. Some fried items had a sesame oil taste to them, so we just avoid any deep fried chips, etc.
The food was decent but reminded me of a fast-food restaurant. I've certainly had better.
