We tried their Chef's Special (not pictured) and their Soul Black with a seasoned egg.-Both were pretty good but the Chef's Special was by far the best. The Soul Black is good, but could use some more black garlic oil. Be sure to ask for a side of their chili paste to add to your ramen, especially if you order the Soul Black which is not spicy at all.-The service was extremely poor! We always wait to tip until after our meal, as we understand the food service industry—it's something we both work in. Personally, I've never liked the kiosks because I don’t see the point in tipping when the service seems minimal. We’ve had one good experience out of three visits here; on our last visit, the ramen was lukewarm, which contributed to our decision to wait on tipping. Unfortunately, no tip for you, Alexander (if that’s your name).
JINYA, I urge you to improve your service. On a positive note, my fiancé did enjoy the ramen despite the issues.
The hand rolls were extremely disappointing. They were very small and came wrapped in three layers of plastic. You also have to assemble the rolls yourself, resulting in a lot of plastic waste, even if you're dining in. Furthermore, they packed the wasabi and ginger in the same tiny container, with the wasabi placed right on top, which was quite awkward. When I mentioned that it was strange to spend $25 on three tiny rolls wrapped in plastic, they argued with me. I would rate this experience a 0/10 and would not recommend eating here.
However, my main focus is on the handroll, which was absolutely AMAZING! I’m not too keen on the price per roll and wish they offered some kind of deal, but honestly, I would happily buy five or more of these if I could afford it, haha. As for the ramen, it was decent; I really enjoyed the texture and consistency of the noodles. My boyfriend mentioned he would have preferred thicker noodles, but I liked them just fine.

Came here the other day and order Bushi Soul Red and Black. It was decent but not really anything special. The Chashu was really small and the portions were smaller in general. I did like that the ramen was actually spicy and that (for Bushi Soul Red) the noodles were nice and thick which is always a plus. My partner got the Bushi Soul Black and the noodles were thin.
Tried the sushi before and it was pretty good. Wish I knew the technique to wrap it though. I also had the ramen twice, and it's pretty good both times. The service is good and you get your food relatively fast. Definitely try if you're in the area or plaza.
Got the Pork Chashu Bun and it was fire! The bun itself I could have ate alone. The pork was so tasty so it went well together.
They tell people when your grubhub app says ready the food isn't always ready. It just says that.
