The negative reviews for this place are completely justified. This review comes from a once frequent and long-time customer that will never return. The food has always been inconsistent. Service once was good, but has deteriorated. Only come here if you look forward to disappointment. This place has gone downhill. Customer service is abhorrent and practically non-existent. I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant frequently, but in recent months, there has been a significant decrease in quality and value. Each time I visit, I am disappointed by the increasingly smaller portions, to the extent that I feel deceived and let down. Many other negative reviews echo the same sentiment, indicating that this is not an isolated issue. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant altogether.
this is my favorite poker place! only to give 4 starts because they are “closed” every Sunday when they are at any delivery service or even when ordering via their website for pickup. I'll call him and they're open inside. I wish this would be fixed, it has been for a few months now. the delivery is the best option, with all that is now going on.
This place used to be great...once upon a time when they first opened up. I've been coming here for years....since year 1. Over the last few visits the poke bowl quality and portions have gone downhill. After finishing my bowl I was truly disappointed. I don't think I can ever order from here again. This review focuses only on the wings. I visited this restaurant during my 40-minute lunch break and it took them almost the entire time (~35 minutes) to prepare 6 wings. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to eat before going back to work. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
I visit this establishment for the wings and they are good more often than not, but the last three times I've order lemon Pepper wings, there was way too much lemon pepper seasoning. It's literally caked on there and ruins the whole wings experience.
I'll keep it short and to the point. 1. The quality is getting worse. 2. Small portions. 3. Some employees are rude. 4. They often make mistakes with orders. I suggest trying a different poke restaurant.

long wait picking up an order from Juicy Cuties boba, more than 25 min for two drinks order. Drivers, if you get an order from this place, just cancel it
