I wasn’t greeted it’s a million people working in there they had the jack Daniel sitting on the front counter hot and collecting dust on it literally they said they never have put Jack Daniel in the refrigerator before in which in all of Memphis and Mississippi does is very weird to me I left out of there with some hot dusty jack the price was ok but that was the first time I experienced that type of service . I’m like who wouldn’t want cold jack at least cold some where you never know what a person goes through and I ended up coming to this store receiving some hot bottles of dust mite jack Daniel wow
Buster's has the best selection of wine and spirits in the Mid-South. Their prices are extremely competitive, if not the best. The customer service is typically awesome, and today was nothing less. I was greeted when I entered and was approached by a staff member to inquire about assistance within minutes. Ultimately, Buster's vast product variety gets you in the door, and the customer service keeps you coming back.
The folks at Buster's Rock. My daughter was in town on Navy duty for her Birthday. Amazon failed to deliver her Birthday gift to her hotel, but David hooked me up with a nice bottle of Prosecco at a reasonable price and delivered it to make her day special. This place is all about great service!
Buster's is my go to wine shop. The selection is fabulous and John Vego is amazing at both making recommendations, but also getting me to try new things that perfectly fit my pallet and pocketbook. Like the events and that I can find just about everything there. Definitely a must if you're in the city.
