A very nice ski area, we went tobogganing from Germany on February 10th and February 11th, everything was great on February 10th, then we decided and went again on February 11th, everything was fine, we have 1/2 day tickets for tobogganing Bought and rented 3 toboggans for 4 adults and a child. Unfortunately, after an hour, around 1 p.m., something broke on the cable car and we could no longer go up to the toboggan run. Die Pisten sind stufenweise ausgezeichnet und können problemlos die gesamte Fläche überqueren. Wir waren im Raketenresort. Tolle Unterkunft und in der Nähe des Aufzugs. Die Aufzüge sind modern und gut ausgestattet. was sie von den Reisen erwarten könnten. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir alle Wetterbedingungen erlebt. Wir hatten tagelang kaiserliches Wetter, perfekt zum Mittagessen im Freien. Auch wir erlebten Horrortage mit starkem Wind mit starken Schneeschauern und dichtem Nebel. The pricing policy is a disgrace. The lift tickets are auctioned off, in the last few days they have been worth over €100 per day. Even with multi-day tickets it is completely opaque. The fourth day can be more expensive with a multi-day ticket than if you buy a day ticket. As long as this pricing policy exists, you should boycott the Flims ski area. I'm never going there again. I want to be fair: the ski area is beautiful and the waiting times are usually short. Only the prices are outrageous.
The ski area is beautiful in itself. Endless slopes in all difficulty classes. Negative: In Laax in particular you stand in line for around 1 hour in the morning and that's the equivalent of a day ticket price of €105. Higher earners can treat themselves to a Bluepass for an additional €50 and don't have to queue. That's unfair. The quality of the food in the ski area's own huts could be better. Mein Vater wurde gleich nach der ersten Liftfahrt verletzt, ist noch nicht einmal eine Piste hinuntergefahren. Wir haben um eine Rückerstattung gebeten, aber sie haben abgelehnt. Wir haben buchstäblich 230 Franken bezahlt, damit meine Mutter und mein Vater nur mit der Gondel nach oben und gleich wieder zurück fahren. Schrecklicher, schrecklicher Kundenservice.
Ausgezeichnetes Gelände zum Skifahren, wunderschöne Natur, hohe DYNAMICS-Preise (z. Went there for ski. If the weather is good it is really nice. The slopes are usually in good condition, with few exceptions. The only downside is the high price of the daily ski pass, compared with other areals. But the services are rather good.
