we decided by the special menu with the protagonist asparagus (42 €/person). three asparagus entries and a main meat, rotated (transverse cut of the singlemillo wrapped in bacon) with triguerous asparagus. chocolate dessert with olive oil ice cream and asparagus trunk covered with white chocolate. homemade appetizer: vegetable tortilla. with the chocolate nuggets aromatized with coffee. the menu was wonderful with fermented white wine in barrels, special reserve icon of faustino edition.
