Really poor experience July 30. 1)Our area of restaurant (indoors) was very very hot, everyone at our table was overheating. 2) three of us ordered butternut squash ravioli, only to be informed that the kitchen was out of the ravioli. 3) when dessert was served, there were no forks provided, nor did anyone check in on us, nor was there cutlery on the table next door for us to grab. We never were provided with a fork… 4) after waiting for the bill for a long time one of the people from our table asked the waitress for the bill, and on the way out of the restaurant the waitress was heard mocking him to her coworkers. Truly disappointing experience tonight, will likely be the last time we go to...
I visited Cactus last night with my best friend for her belated birthday dinner. We forgot to make a reservation and had to wait for a bit, but it wasn't too long. We were seated in the lounge and had the pleasure of being served by Claire A. She was amazing—funny, kind, and perfectly timed with her table visits. She even encouraged us to order more wine, assuring us we could take the leftovers home! Claire really understood our need to catch up and ensured we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The food came out quickly and was delicious, as was the wine. The highlight of the evening, though, was definitely the fabulous service from Claire!
Went tonight for dinner birthday celebrationWonderful management came over to wish me happy birthday and offer drink . I declined as I was having soda Extremely great customer service from management .Our server Teya P was wonderful from the start throughout . The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. I highly recommend trying the Tuna Tower appetizer. The Baja Fish Tacos are also excellent. There are plenty of options to satisfy every taste. It's advisable to make reservations. Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian choices available.
Lovely dinner with drinks. All the staff were very professional. Steak was cooked to specifications and the Tuna bowl was great. Food proportions were exactly right. Beer and drinks were very good. In all, a very enjoyable visit.
We always enjoy the great food and atmosphere at Cactus! This time we tried cheesecake and earl gray tea as the dessert, which was AWESOME! Strongly recommended!
