I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cadwells during Lake County Restaurant Week, and I’m already eager for my next visit! To start, I had the buffalo spring rolls and couldn't resist trying the deviled egg trio and the "pig crawl" served with a spicy maple syrup dipping sauce. Each appetizer was more delightful than the last. For my main course, I enjoyed the sweet and spicy salad, which was absolutely delicious—I would buy that dressing if I could! The Walleye served with couscous and vegetables was also fantastic and perfectly cooked. I'm usually not a big dessert person, but after tasting the bourbon bread pudding and beignets with chickpea sauce, I’m a changed person and can’t wait...
