a search for a terrace for lunch 2 steps from the arago parking lot, I opted for the coffee of peace. tables are not glued, so we can escape the neighboring conversations. menus at reasonable prices and map wide enough to find its happiness. a charcuterie board to be shared is enough to two when it is hot and that we don't have a big hunger. Calamars to the soft planxa and well accompanied by a big potato and tasteful piperade we make my happiness. servers are really nice what is a plus in the summer period which is unfortunately not always the case on the terraces of the corner (unless typing in the top of the range - addition oblige). I recommend.
a steak and a pizza ordered. both came burned. the pizza was black under amd, the steak was so hard and burned that we gave up after the third steak knife and paid for our starter who was also terrible and left. there are so many other places to eat. there is no excuse to go here. the personal is arrogant and rude. Don't give them your hard earned money they don't deserve. the first time I ever refused to pay for a meal, and I am 60 and had a few shockers in the past.
this post coffee, the iconic place of the Perpignanese, has become the must-see place to spend a pleasant time. the menu of the day consisting of 3 entries, 3 dishes and 3 desserts is suitable for a lunch without surprise! I am pleased to return to it often and in all circumstances !a strongly recommend !
For 4 years, they've been used to their super service and good dishes. we have returned to three recoverys since September 2016 to give them one last chance. but three disappointments in a row. especially for a more and more mediocre service and a lower restoration quality! We decided not to go back!

in perpignan and wanted to have a late lunch. we had lunch in the cafe vienne next door and thought we would try somewhere new. big mistake. eating was very common. my recommendation is next to cafe vienne, they will not be disappointed.
The best restaurant on Place Arago is now closed, due to an astronomical rent increase by the owners of the building, from €7,000/month to €18,000/month. A great shame for such a successful business.
it is beautiful, quiet, class, friendly and ideally located. Perfect service nothing to say about it, it's classy. only the prices a little high.

the personal was very helpful. the food was nice and large portions. seafood plated, burger and steaks very impressive.
