I eat here pretty frequently. The interior vibe is lovely and I always enjoy the mushroom panini fattoush salad. Today I decided to try their breakfast offerings. It's a Saturday morning and seems they have a few tables reserved for a large party but otherwise not too busy.I ordered the American scramble, which was supposed to be made with cheddar cheese. The dish I received, however, did not have cheese at all. My meal also came with two slices of bread but nothing to dress the bread with. When I asked for butter, the waitress glanced at me with seeming contempt and simply said sure. Minutes later, she returned with only one 1 small packet of butter that was ice cold and completely solid....
Underwhelmed is an understatement. A popular Baltimore foodie that I follow seems to be a regular at this spot, so I decided to try it out. Got a Greek salad and a chicken shawarma pita wrap. Greek salad was just ok. Dressing was more of a darker vinaigrette. The pita for the wrap was thin and stale. The chicken had little flavor and there wasn't much in the sandwich. The side salad that came with the sandwich had a different dressing than the Greek salad and was light in taste. Cute little cafe and I was surprised to see that they served wine and alcohol. However, I wouldn't feel the need to return based on my food experience today.
this caffe was close to our hotel so we decided to review it and not disappoint it! we were here for approx. 4 days and have come here 3 times within our stay, because the service and eating are incredible. Eating comes in literally 10 minutes max, regardless of how busy it is, and it is hot and fresh. they also make latte art that we were very excited and it was absolutely beautiful. the caffe is very clean and the personal is so warm and welcoming. the prices are also great. thank you for being incredible! happy to know that they have another location in dc, so we can always look by for some good food!
Filli Cafe is really the place to be! The chai is always delicious and the food is just as perfect. My favorite items are the foodles, beef burger and the muska bun!! Everything was very delicious and hit all the right spots! I also love the cafe's ambiance, you can go there with family or friends. It's always lit up with a lot of warmth and friendly staff! Definitely go here if you want to enjoy good chai and food!

The staff is friendly, and the coffee is excellent. The chicken shawarma is quite tasty, though it could use a bit more sauce as it was on the dry side. There is ample seating available both indoors and outdoors, although there are quite a few mosquitoes. The bar has a wide selection and looks like a fantastic spot for happy hour. It's conveniently located near the Amtrak station, making it ideal for travelers.
Every item on their menu is fantastic! I always enjoy going to Cafe Fili for lunch, as they consistently serve delicious meals. I highly recommend the Chicken Marrakesh, the Chicken Pomodoro if you're in the mood for a panini, the Mediterranean Lamb salad, and the Chicken Shawarma grain bowl (which is pictured). Treat your taste buds and make sure to stop by when you're in the area!
This was my first visit to the restaurant, and there were four of us in the party. The quality of the food was good overall. However, I’m a big fan of gyros, and I was disappointed to find that their gyro sandwich was served cold—something I’ve never encountered anywhere else. It would be helpful if this information were mentioned on the menu.
Delicious food and a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy it in! The falafel grain bowl makes for a flavorful and wholesome lunch, and the coffee is quite a treat as well.

Had the short rib grilled cheese panini...one of the best paninis I've ever had.
Love this place!! Come for the food and stay for dessert!
