Today I got some ice cream for myself and my little one. The ice cream was nice but the lady who served us was very rude, she had this attitude. She had a very rude and annoyed tone. It seemed like she didn’t it like...me looking at all the flavours before I could choose any. I seriously didn’t even take that long anyway with her bad look towards me I felt rushed. So told her one small pot and the flavour she made me repeat it times and she was the one annoyed because she didn’t get it straight (personally it wasn’t a big deal for me as with a mask on it’s not always clear). Then I just carried on telling her my next choice. I went to to till and she asked card or cash still with her extreme...
My favourite foodie spot in Norwich. Vast range of flavours, often using seasonal ingredients. I've tried almost every flavour during my time living in Norwich and haven't been let down by any of them. Favourites are salted caramel, walnut, dark chocolate sorbet, strawberry, peach... the...list goes on. Well-priced considering the generous servings. Also, they have waffle cones instead of wafer and so they're sturdier and crunchier. The coffee is also excellent. Staff are friendly and happy to offer a recommendation. The queues outside at the weekend speak for themselves. Don't miss it!
This was our first visit and we were not disappointed. I ordered the dark chocolate sorbet and pistachio ice-cream in a pot and my partner tried the mascarpone and fig ice-cream in a cone. The dark chocolate sorbet was our favourite!! If in Norwich this...is definitely worth a visit.
Really lovely ice cream. The interior was very clean and we managed to sit inside. I must agree with a previous review regarding the lady serving, Customer service is so important and my goodness she certainly needs some serious training! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Had the two flavours for only One if the better value ice creams in the city and certainly the best for us! Local strawberry was one of the best we ever had, so was the chocolate and pistachio. Went there three times. Nice staff!
the best ice-cream in norwich. I'll take my children there every day. also has beautiful vegan sorbets if I had to be milk-free for my milk protein allergies baby and I didn't feel like I missed. very clean.
the blood orange should die! beautiful personal, really clean place. my sohn loved the vegan chocolate. the personal let my little ones also use the plunder for which we were so grateful!

We where just passing Norwich and while looking for a place where to eat we spotted this little gem. Amazing ice cream great flavour felt like back home in Italy.
