first experience in this brewery with my girlfriend, warm welcome and good atmosphere. we took two very good teas in the icy aperitif a peach / yuzu and the other strawberry / basilica. in the dish we took a good share of butcher with excellent apples and a very good curry sauce. meat was tender but cooking slightly too much for a meat stirring. For my part, I took a burger of the shrub, the chopped steaks were very good and very tender with a cooking controlled by piquant. in dessert we took a beautiful way Paris-Brest that was good and for me a gourmet coffee with excellent pastry. This is a brewery that has changed well since our last visit! We arrived without having reserved for dinner. a waitress puts us at a table and gives us the menu. After 45 minutes of waiting, we rested the menu, no one came to search for our order. The waitress is apathetic and totally disorganized, spending her time brewing air instead of observing the room and going to see customers. A change of staff is necessary!
