first experience in this brewery with my girlfriend, warm welcome and good atmosphere. we took two very good teas in the icy aperitif a peach / yuzu and the other strawberry / basilica. in the dish we took a good share of butcher with excellent apples and a very good curry sauce. meat was tender but cooking slightly too much for a meat stirring. For my part, I took a burger of the shrub, the chopped steaks were very good and very tender with a cooking controlled by piquant. in dessert we took a beautiful way Paris-Brest that was good and for me a gourmet coffee with excellent pastry.
